Reservations can be made in person or by phone 740-927-0555 during normal business hours.

BEFORE YOU BOOK ANY RESERVATION PLEASE READ:

CANCELLATION POLICY:     We do require a credit card # on file when reserving, and we have a 72 hour cancel policy any time a reservation is made. Basically, if you need to cancel, just make sure you call / email us 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a 3 day charge during holiday/peak periods(summer) and a 2 day charge during all other periods. We do not put a deposit hold on your card, and it is only charged if you fail to cancel within the above terms. If you do not have a credit card, we will take a check deposit. This will be returned to you upon arrival, or put towards your boarding bill, whichever you prefer. THIS POLICY IS ALWAYS IN EFFECT, SO PLEASE REMEMBER THIS FOR ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS AS WELL.

WE DO NOT BOARD DOGS WITH DIABETES, SEIZURES, WHO HAVE HAD ANY RECENT SURGURIES THAT STILL HAVE STICHES, ANY OTHER SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS, OR DOGS WHO NEED TO BE CONFINED BECAUSE OF A SURGURY (USUALLY ON A LEG). If you are unsure about a medical condition, please call the kennel for additional information. If needed we can refer you to a facility with a veterinarian on site depending on the severity of your pets condition.

IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING CUSTOMER, please E-Mail us with your Name, Dates, Requested Boarding Accommodation, and a Contact number. IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING CUSTOMER YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT A RESERVATION FORM.

NEW CUSTOMERS please use the On-Line Reservation Form for the first time only.

NOTE: If you need to reserve a space within the next week, please contact the kennel by phone for availability.

*** We do our best to accommodate your request and recommend that holiday reservations be made three to four months in advance due to the heavy demand for kennel space during the traditional holiday periods.
